Biatain® Silicone Non-Border is designed to conform closely to the wound bed, reducing gaps and exudate pooling to create optimal healing conditions. Its polyurethane foam layer absorbs exudate vertically, protecting periwound skin from maceration and maintaining a stable, leak-resistant environment. The vapour-permeable, bacteria- and waterproof film, combined with gentle silicone adhesive, ensures secure placement and atraumatic removal. Suitable for chronic wounds like leg ulcers, pressure ulcers, and diabetic foot ulcers, the dressing works effectively under compression and can remain in place for up to seven days.
